The Summer of 2005 is the home's inaugural rental season! With over 3,100 square feet it is a great place to hold family gatherings, spend the holidays or just to kick back and relax with friends. It has 5 very large bedrooms with extra comfy mattresses.
Walk the short sandy path to the beach, hike up Cape Kiwanda, enjoy a spa treatment over at the Inn and Cape Kiwanda or enjoy a tasty meal over at the Pelican Pub & Brewery. So, whether you're looking for lots of fun outdoor activities or just need a peaceful environment to rejuvenate - Pacific City is the ideal place to vacation and the Blissful Beach House is THE place to stay.

| Rental Deposit: | $200 | | Cleaning Deposit: | $80 | | Cancellation Policy: | Summer and Holiday balances are due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival require full forfeiture of rental amount. All other reservation dates, if cancelled within 14 days of the arrival date require full forfeiture of rental amount. All cancellations will be charged a $25 fee. There is no refund for early departure. SECURITY DEPOSIT - A security deposit of $200.00 is required and will be charged to your credit card account on the date of arrival. The deposit is fully refundable within 10 days of departure, providing there is no damage, inventory missing, undeclared pets, or excessive cleaning required in the home after departure.
PARKING - 2-3 Vehicles are allowed in the side driveway. Please do not park in the very front.
OCCUPANCY - There is a maximum of 14 people. Maximum occupancy rules, which include children, will be enforced. If you exceed the allowed number of occupants for the home, you will be asked to leave and you will be liable for any additional charges. | | Payment Options: | ~Personal Check
