This 4,000 square ft house is right on the beach. Ideal for the large or small group, family gatherings, reunions & business retreats. The large (24x24 ft) living room has copper beamed ceilings, stone fireplace, vintage lighting and overstuffed furniture. Kids will love the attic, lofts, and window box seats. Warm wood floors and fir walls lead to The Loft (master suite) - perched above the ocean with a glass panoramic view as well as its own separate kitchen & private deck.

Huge picket fence yard with a beautiful lawn and gazebo perched just above the ocean. A brick patio surrounds the house perfect for barbeques and sunning. Smokers will enjoy the separate cigar cottage (heated and ventilated) with TV/VCR & cozy furniture. No smoking in the Beachlodge or Loft.
