Entry-level floor includes garage, two bedrooms, (one with a queen bed and the other with a twin and double bunk) a bath and laundry. Take the inviting stairs up one level to find a comfortable living room, kitchen, dining area and master bedroom. A three-sided glass enclosed gas fireplace to enjoy from the dining room or living room will warm you after enjoying the beach. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare terrific family meals! Up one more flight of stairs you'll find a very spacious loft, with two thick futons for additional sleeping, TV, DVD, Nintendo Game System and family board games.

A distant, yet beautiful ocean view can be enjoyed from the three porthole windows in the loft. You'll soak up sun or storm watch from this very comfortable loft. About four easy blocks to beach access, you are welcome to use the provided beach chairs and toy for a good time at the beach!
