The main house has one bedroom and an open great room with kitchen, living room, dining area, and gas fireplace stove. There is a futon bed in the living room which converts to a queen size bed. Relax with the 10-jet Kohler Body Spa in the main home's bath. Full size washer and dryer in the main home. The studio cottage has plenty of room for four guests with sleeping loft, new leather queen-size sofa sleeper, kitchenette with seating for 4, bathroom with walk-in shower. Both units enjoy wireless Internet and Satellite TV (with DVR in the main house)!

Located just two short blocks from low, easy beach access and over five miles of sandy beach where you'll see seals in the surf and if you're lucky, whales! Located in peaceful Gleneden Beach, you will enjoy the quiet of a small community, solitude on the beach, and also be minutes from Lincoln City with its movie theaters, restaurants, shopping, casino, antique stores and more.

This home is very comfortable with new appliances and furnishings and offers the opportunity to hang out together in the great room of the main house and then have the privacy of your own separate unit as well. Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean.
