You are cordially invited to enjoy Penthouse Escape! Centrally located in Lincoln City, Oregon within walking distance to the core downtown area of Lincoln City and only two blocks to the beach, this beach house has easily earned its name!

This 3-story home is spacious enough to easily accommodate your group of 17, including the dining table! Upon entering the home, you are greeted with a Pool Table in the Great Room located on the main living level. This level consists of the living room, which features a river rock gas fireplace, surround sound system and a large flat screen TV and DVD player. Also a part of this great space is the dining area and kitchen which is fully equipped for all your cooking desires and beach house entertaining! Main level bath is quite spacious and includes a Spa Shower! Above the main level are three bedrooms, all with ocean views, TV and DVD players. Two of these rooms have fabulously comfy queen size beds and the other room has two twins. The spacious bathroom on this level has double sinks and a convenient tub/shower combination. The lowest level of this home has a large bedroom with two bunks, each with a twin above and a double below, allowing 6 guests to sleep here. Also on this level is another bath with a walk-in shower and the Teen Room. The Teen Room has an Air Hockey Table, bar with sink and mini-fridge, a double and a single futon which both convert for additional sleeping space. The "teens" no matter the age will enjoy the stereo system, Play Station 2, TV, DVD and VHS player with many VHS movies to choose from!

The hot tub is conveniently located outside of the laundry room, in a private backyard. Low Season Mid-Week Rates make this a perfect choice for business, group or corporate retreats!
