The main floor includes a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with range and microwave, dining room, living room, gas fireplace, TV system, stereo and half bath. The second floor includes two queen bedrooms with full baths (one with a private deck), a bunkroom with 2 bunkbeds and 2 trundle beds, foosball/air hockey table, TV system and gas fireplace. There is also a large deck on the second floor. Romance is yours in the third floor master suite with king-size bed, full bathroom w/ jacuzzi tub, TV system and large deck. There is a full two-car garage with additional room in the driveway for two additional vehicles.
Oceanside is 8 miles from Tillamook and 85 miles from Portland. Oceanside is a very quiet community with no through traffic. Pristine Netarts Bay, with incredible crabbing and clamming, is nearby.

The property you are renting is privately owned and as such a security/damage deposit of $300 is required for each reservation. You hereby agree that you are accepting responsibility for any and all damages to the property and its contents, including, but not limited to repairs, fines/assessments, undue cleaning and eviction. You can be responsible for damages in excess of your security/damage deposit. The security/damage deposit is fully refundable within 30 days of departure provided no damage was sustained and provided the check-out procedures were followed. Up to $50.00 may be deducted from your deposit for every returned check, each lost or unreturned key or garage door opener.
CLEANING
You have been charged a cleaning fee as part of your reservation: $150. This fee is based on the standard time needed to clean the property as determined by the cleaning contractors. If the cleaning required exceeds what is considered “normal” you will be billed for additional cleaning. Trash must be placed in the garbage bin provided behind the garage. Do not leave trash outside the home or on the curbside.
There is no daily maid service. While linens and bath towels are included in the home, daily maid service is not included in the rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the home.
