Cancellation Policy:If cancellation is thirty (30) days or less from the beginning of the Rental Period, all monies paid shall be forfeited unless Owner is able to rent the property for the same dates and fee, in which case the Rental Fee and Security Deposit, less a $25.00 administrative fee, shall be returned. The Renter may sublet the premises, subject to prior approval of Owner. In such matters, the Renter remains liable for condition and damages if the unit is sublet.
