Panoramic view of Netarts Bay to the left and the Pacific Ocean in front and to the right. The beach is not blocks but merely steps away from the front door. The view is not a peek thru the trees or distant ocean skyline. It's right there in front of you. Watch the fishing boats in Netarts Bay, passing ships out in the ocean, or the occasional para-sailers riding the ocean waves.

4 bedrooms sleep 12 people. 1 King, 2 queen, and the bunkroom has 3 sets of bunk beds . Extra bed on request. Down-alternative comforters and high thread count sheets cover our high quality mattresses.

3 bathrooms. Two on bedroom level; one master bath and one main bath. One bath up on Great Room level. The master stone and glass shower has rain shower head as well as body jets. Main bath has a tub and kid-friendly adjustable showerhead. Upper bathroom has a glass and tiled shower. Soon to be installed, a unique stone sink.

You'll love the beautiful fully-stocked kitchen with Stainless Steel appliances and Granite countertops. You can watch the ocean as you cook.

46" LCD television in the Great Room is cable with HD offered channels.

High-end surround sound systems in the Great Room, Media Room, and back deck.

Beautiful stone fireplace gives a source of coziness in the winter.

Office area has high speed Wireless Internet.

Media Room has a Plazma TV, surround sound, lots of movies.

Large back deck features a gas barbecue, oversized tiled table and 6 chairs, looking out to a plush green hillside. Also on the back deck is a 6 person hot tub under an extended roof, but with a view of the woods behind the house.

Large front deck has Adirondack chairs to sit and enjoy the ocean view and all the bay and ocean has to offer.

The dining room table seats 8 plus 4 counter chairs.

Fully stocked laundry room has front loading washer and dryer.
