Sleeping arrangements include a queen bed in two of the bedrooms, a bunk bed in the third bedroom and sleeper sofa for additional options, making it perfect for 5 pals on a fishing trip! All newly remodeled, this home is cozy and comfortable. You'll have all the comforts of home, plus more to make you feel truly relaxed while on your beach or fishing vacation!

Warm yourself in the eveings or after a day of fishing by the very cozy pellet fireplace. Cook up a great meal in the all new kitchen, fully equipped with all you will need to make all your vacation meals!

Tucked in, 5 miles from the beach, you'll find the summer warmth of the sun and the fall days to be ever so inviting. Large riverfront back yard and a pull through drive makes this location great for the outdoor enthusiasts! There's even a fish cleaning station outdoors to clean your daily catch! The garage has a ping-pong table for extra fun!

Private dock is in the water during the summer and early fall only and is brought onto land during the winter months.

Please be advised that the State of Oregon Marine Law requires that all children under the age of 12 must wear a Life Preserver Vest at all times while on a dock. There are no Life Preserver Vests at this rental home; therefore if you plan to use the dock, you will need to bring the proper floating devices as needed for those members of your group. Additionally, children 12 and under must be supervised in the yard and on the dock at all times. In renting this property, you agree to adhere to supervising children age 12 and under.
