Oregon's Edge is high bank oceanfront home with beautiful views! This three-bedroom home is a brand new construction and is designed for an easy, stress-free lifestyle. From the wonderful lines of the Ikea furniture to the beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean, you'll feel comfort and relaxed from the moment you enter this home.
Set up especially for 6 adults, this home has three bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms.

Enter the home on the ground level, where there is a double car garage, laundry room and one of the guest bedrooms. This lower level guest room has two twins, with a private ocean front balcony. The bathroom has a tub/shower. Upstairs, the main living level has two more bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen bed, seating and fabulous views! The deck runs the very long length of the home and can be accessed from both upper level bedrooms and the main living area. Each bathroom on the upper level has a tub/shower combination. The convenient kitchen is easy to cook in and has the basics you will need to cook a dinner for all the guests. The living room has a flat panel TV (the only one in the home), as well as a gas fireplace. This fireplace is double sided, so it can also be enjoyed in the master suite.

Please note: This home is best suited for adults. This home is not recommended to those with small children, due to the high bank location. In renting this home, you agree to accompany all children, at all times, especially when they are outdoors on the property.

Beach access is located at the State Park less than 1/4 mile south of the home where you will enjoy miles and miles of sandy beaches and the fabulous views of Seal Rocks!
