Perched atop a cliff above Waldport, Oregon, far above blowing sands, the Eagles Nest is a 1200 sq foot home-away-from home with a sweeping view of ocean, Alsea Bay, little town of Waldport, Bay Bridge and Alsea estuary. Town and bayside beach are just a five-minute walk away.

This well-maintained manufactured home has just been remodeled, from bow to stern, and striking views abound! Stunning sunsets fill the living room. Cozy and relaxing, this room has a futon that folds flat to a double bed to provide additional sleeping. Accessed from the living room, the split-level deck has a windbreak rail that allows guests year-round enjoyment. The upper level of the deck has a glider loveseat chair; the lower level has a large table, chairs and best of all a BBQ and outdoor crab cooker. There is a swinging chair in the yard to enjoy the afternoon sun, as well as a birders-special feeder attracting small coastal birds. The guest bedroom, with a beautiful view of the Bay Bridge, has a full size bed. A new queen size tempurpedic mattress in the master bedroom will surely provide guests a peaceful nights sleep! The master suite has a large walk-in shower and the hall bath has a tub-shower combination with added bonus of a Jacuzzi tub. The modern kitchen is fully stocked with everything imaginable to cook up a great seafood dinner, Sunday brunch, holiday meal or a great picnic lunch! Washer and dryer are provided in the mudroom.

Please note: This home sits on a hill top lot with a very small yard and steep banks. There is new fencing to keep visitors away from the bank. Please supervise any children at the home to ensure they remain on the deck or in the grassy area of the yard. There is a 3-car limit at this home. There is no room for towed vehicles, boats or RVs.
