Haven Hill is a large newly updated home on a hillside near Pacific City, Oregon overlooking the gorgeous Nestucca Bay the Pacific Ocean in the distance.
This beautiful 4 bedroom home boasts many luxury qualities including plush carpeting, a brand new extra long (70”) soaking tub facing the window overlooking the bay in the upstairs guest bathroom, A TV with built in streaming in the secondary bedroom, and a spacious en suite in the master.
The front door opens into a tiled foyer that allows guests to leave their shoes and sand at the door. Bedrooms are all furnished with new mattresses and plush pillows and comforters.
Guests may enjoy a meal together at the large dining room table, counter bar seating, or outside seating on the deck or patio. Entertaining spaces include a living room with a sofa and chaise, as well as an additional seating room, both with endless views of the bay.

Honestly SO GOOD! Lots of thoughtful amenities, well stocked kitchen and the Primary Bathroom/Shower was heavenly! Not to mention like the other reviewers beautiful views throughout the day. Lots of deer sightings and our 2 littles loved adventuring around the property. Haven Hill is super close to everything you could need in Pacific City and just a great place to get away from it all! Haven Hill is an amazing home for you to stay in while visiting Pacific City! The views alone are instagram ready, and the minute that sunset hits, you'll be in heaven! Super closer to the main strip of Pac City (5 mins) and Bob Straub park. Found it super easy and convenient to get around. The house itself has everything you could need. We ended up cooking a lot of our meals. (There's a little market not too far away). Loved sitting on the deck drinking our morning coffee and having an afternoon drink watching the sunset! This place is perfect! Let me break it down. The Property: The house is so nice! Super clean and the kitchen has everything you need. There is plenty of room & the house very well maintained. It is in a quiet area and super peaceful. The views are like something out of a magazine! There is a fire pit and porch to enjoy the sunset and soak it all in! So nice to sit back in the lawn chairs and enjoy the breeze in mornings. Location: You are close to all the best hiking options and the beach is maybe a 5 minute drive. It's not crowded or overwhelming like other places along the coast! Be sure to climb the Dune. So much fun to have both hiking and beach day options. We had fun popping into town for a cup of coffee on our way to adventure the day away! This is the quintessential Oregon Coast escape for folks who like to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The Oregon Coast has so much to offer and Haven Hill is the perfect base of operations! Property: The property itself is so nice! Super clean, fully stocked kitchen and the house is HUGE! Haven Hill is the perfect get-a-way for a peaceful time down at the coast. Very easy to find thanks to the signage, and couldn't have been happier with what this home has to offer. Amazing views we could stare at for hours, plus great quality furniture and amenities that made our stay feel luxurious. Unfortunately a bit cold to visit the beach when we stayed, but it's only a short drive away and the home stayed nice and toasty for our whole visit.
