Cancellation Policy: Cancellation / Prepayment A Minimum $50 Fee will be retained for ALL CANCELLATIONS. PEAK Season Reservations this includes Peak Holidays, are NON REFUNDABLE. All other reservations have a 30+ day’s requirement for Refund minus the Cancellation Fee. Power and phone outages are common in coastal villages, especially during the stormy season, and do not constitute an emergency or basis for refund. Personal allergies or sensitivities to coastal conditions are not a basis for refund. Please be sure to mention allergies or sensitivities upon initial reservation.

"This is a really, really cool location. The house has tons of old-school beach house charm. During our stay, we had some issues with contractors coming to the house to finish up an uncompleted project, which was a bit of a pain, but won't impact anyone else who stays there in the future. The house has amazing views, a really cool kitchen and great common areas. The kids really loved the place overall. One thing to note, as you can see in the pictures, the house has spiral staircases... they are very charming and alot of fun, but not super friendly to little kids. Not a big deal if you have older kids, but just something to be aware of!!" —Joshua

"The views were AMAZING! It is a quiet area with majestic views. The house has all of the space and amenities you could want. The kitchen is well stocked, there are so many beds, and the binder with newspaper clippings detailing the history of the area is a very nice touch. Did I mention the views? I think we were very fortunate the house was not booked, as it is definitely better than we had even expected. We would love to come back and would not hesitate to book the house for a weekend or a whole week!" —Dan

Our family stayed over the weekend back in August. It was like home away from home. Even in the middle of this panoramic the house was clean and sanitized. Beautiful views close to the beach. Donna was so helpful they were fully booked when I first called. She had a last minute cancellation and called me to see if we still wanted to stay. Having a washer and dryer on site was so nice. Kids make messes it was nice to feel so at home miles away. The
