When Korena called us an hour before our departure to inform us that there was a mechanical mishap, she missed no beat in proactively offering us a different location (Knee Deep in Happiness); which was not very far away at all. She made all the accommodations, billing, and transfer seamless, and we did not have to lift a finger, wait around, or change anything except where we were going. The trip was a family trip to celebrate my wife's 40th birthday, and we had an absolute blast and an unforgettably lovely trip. The house was PERFECT: location, access, size, cleanliness, amenities, you name it. A friend of mine had recommended Meredith Lodging instead of bigger companies because of its cost-effective, highly efficient and hassle-free logistics. We will be coming back!!!
