Sea Jay #181 - Hot Tub, Fenced-in Patio

“We had a wonderful few days celebrating Thanksgiving together in this house. It was comfortable and the right size for 5 of us. Loved having the hottub after chilly walks on the beach or hikes in the area. The kitchen is well-equipped with most that would be typically needed. The location is also great - short walk to the beach, coffee, Pelican Brewing, pizza, wine tasting, and the market.”

“This was a well stocked house. My 5 year old grandson went right for the trucks in the garage, the toys in the hall closet and the hot tub! My 6 year old granddaughter loved having her own room and used the small table for her vanity. The kitchen had a large refrigerator, great dishwasher & good quality items, pans, dishes, flat ware and lots of odds & ends. The pantry had all the small appliances, spices and even maple syrup! This house was not on the beach but close enough we could ride bikes or walk. It backed up to a forest with a good walking trail. We would definitely stay at Sea Jay again.”

“We were very impressed staying at Sea Jay. Surprising how many things were there to make us feel at home. From toys for the kids, multiple ways to make coffee, bicycles, plenty of DVDs, and a great washer/dryer. We loved the size and layout of the house, too. The hot tub was quite large, clean, and comfortable. During our stay we had one question for Kiwanda Coastal Properties and they answered it promptly. I also made a mistake with our booking thinking we were staying a day later, and they were very kind about my mistake. I think Pacific City is a great place to stay, giving you quite a bit of the Oregon coast within 1-2 hours north and south of you. I'd highly recommend it if you've never been to the Oregon coast before. If we ever stay in Pacific City again, I hope this vacation home is available as it will be our first pick. We might stay further south to explore other areas, and in which case I hope Kiwanda Coastal Properties has a suitable unit down there because they clearly do a great job.
