Dune Grass Cottage #172 - Fenced-in Yard, Tierra Del Mar

“We spent a blustery long weekend at the Dune Grass Cottage where we enjoyed king tides, a great dinner at Riverhouse Nestucca, and kept a nice wood fire burning in the evenings. It is a very spacious, yet cozy and nicely-decorated beach house. We've always found the staff at Kiwanda Properties very pleasant and proactive in wanting to make sure our stay is perfect. Would highly recommend this beach house to anyone visiting the coast.”

“Comfortable and Well-Appointed Home We spent Christmas at the Dune Grass Cottage and had a lovely stay. The home is cozy but well laid out for the 4 of us. The kitchen had everything we needed for holiday cooking and easy access to the beach made us forget that we were not beachfront. The home was clean when we arrived and stocked with everything we needed. The road into Pacific City was closed so we were thankful that all had been taken care of for us.”

“Cozy beach house Our first time at Dune Grass Cottage was lovely. A nicely updated and decorated home a short walk over the dune to the beach. Very comfortable and quiet. Private patio for barbequing and sunbathing. Didn't use the wood-burning fireplace as the weather was warm, but would definitely consider coming in the fall when it could be used. Added bonus was the bunnies who came to visit us each day! :) Property management was very pleasant and responsive. We will be back.”

“Dune Grass Cottage #172 - Tasteful, charming upscale cottage just steps from the beach There is really nothing that could have made our stay at Dune Grass Cottage better except if it had been direct oceanfront instead of one house back. But even that would not stop us from staying here again and again. We loved it!”
